Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy:

  • We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fee:

  • 1:If the goods has quality problem or during the shipping,the item damage,we will beat the shipping fee
  • 2:if buyer receive the item and item no problem,just no need it or want to return,buyer need pay the return shipping fee.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned items. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or PayPal account.
  • If you do not receive your order, we will either resend it or you can request a full refund.
  • Please note that it may take 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • Refunds are usually completed within 7 working days. If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please contact us.

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and, if confirmed as damaged, send you a replacement. 
  • Important Note:Items that are damaged due to customer handling or misuse cannot be returned or refunded.

  • The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. First You need contact with us to get the RAM number,then once we accepted it we will give you a RAM number,then you can retunt it back to us,Once We received the return item, you can make a separate purchase for the new item what you need.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled up until they are shipped. To start a cancellation, please contact us. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be treated as a return.
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3 working days if the cancellation is successful.
