We Mainly ship to the United States, Germany, As for other Countries,we can delivery also. Free Shipping On All Orders! You can select the destination country at the checkout page when filling in the shipping address. You will then see if this product can be delivered to that destination country.

Shipping Method

  • Free shipping - When the package arrives in your country, it will be delivered by your country's post office.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • United States: Typically takes 10–15 working days (excluding holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays).
    • Germany: Typically takes 7–15 working days (excluding holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays).
    • Others: Typically takes 7–20 working days (excluding holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays).

Orders handing time:

  • 1~3 working days (excluded holidays, Saturday & Sunday).

Order Tracking

  • You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.

  • Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.

  • If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.

Holidays Reminder:

  • During week-long Chinese holidays, Chinese National Day and Chinese New Year, services from certain suppliers and carriers may be affected, meaning that deliveries for order placed around these holidays may be delayed 3-5 working days.

Change the Shipping Address

  • If your order has not shipped yet, you can contact your sales manager to update your desired shipping address in our system. If you contacted us to change your address before shipping and it has not been processed, don't worry, we will re-ship it to the new address.

Shipping Notes:

  • Delivery times displayed on foxhelmet.com refer to the estimated time it takes for packages to leave our hands.
  • We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and we are able to send your order either to you home or to your work place. We can ship to PO Boxes via all shipping methods, except for DHL/UPS/FedEx/EMS Shipping because signatures are required upon delivery. DHL/UPS/FedEx/EMS can only be delivered to physical addresses. If you really need to ship the package to a PO BOX then you will need to select Free Shipping as the shipping method.
  • Shipping and delivery times are calculated in working days from Monday to Friday. In the case of major holidays such as Christmas and the Chinese Lunar New Year, please allow extra delivery time. During those special occasions we will provide notices to reflect possible delays.
  • We ships packages from Xiamen, and operates a return address in Xiamen.
  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. We can not make changes to your shipping address once a package has been shipped, and we are not liable for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.
  • All orders reported as “delivered” by shipping companies are considered delivered. we cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case. You need to claim it by yourself with your local post office.
  • Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond our control once it leaves our facilities, we cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
