1-Year Warranty Coverage
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal usage conditions.
- The warranty period begins on the date the customer receives the product.
- Valid claims may be resolved through repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue.
30-Day Return Policy
- Returns or exchanges can be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
- If the return is not due to a product defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty Limitations
- Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, overcharging, physical impact, or water exposure is not covered.
- Normal aging or capacity loss over time is considered standard wear and is not covered by the warranty.
- Any modification or disassembly of the battery voids the warranty.
- Photo or video evidence may be required to verify the issue before warranty service is approved.
