For other countries, you can always confirm real-time availability by selecting your country at checkout.

Free Shipping on all orders over $40.
- Orders under $40 are charged a standard shipping fee of $5.
- Shipping availability can be confirmed at checkout by selecting your destination country.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
Urbattery uses a direct shipping model. All orders are shipped directly from our logistics center in China, ensuring strict quality control and efficient handling. We work with reliable international carriers for final delivery.
The following delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local holidays, carrier issues, or remote locations.

Order Handling Time
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

- A tracking number will be sent by email once your order is shipped.
- Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.

- If tracking is unavailable, please contact us and we will assist within 24 hours.
Shipping Notes
- We ship to residential, commercial, and some PO Box addresses.
- Shipping times are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday).
- During peak seasons or holidays, delivery may be delayed by an additional 3–7 business days.
- All shipments originate from China.
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered completed. If your package shows “Delivered” but is missing, contact us immediately. We will help file an investigation with the carrier, which usually takes 5–10 business days.
- Unforeseen events beyond our control may occasionally cause delays. We will always assist where possible.
Import Duties & Taxes
- The recipient is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and related fees. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are collected by local customs authorities.
Customs & Compliance
- Buyers must ensure purchased items comply with local import regulations.
- U.S. orders must comply with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations.
- We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
Changing the Shipping Address
- If your order has not shipped, contact us immediately to update the address.
- If the order has shipped, changes may not be possible. Any extra costs will be the customer’s responsibility, but we will assist where we can.

Returns Due to Address Issues or Non-Receipt
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to collect after delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for all related costs. Upon return, you may choose:

Reshipment: Pay the combined fee for return shipping, handling, and reshipping.

Refund: Receive a refund for the product price only. Original shipping and return fees are non-refundable.
