Warranty & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your options regarding returns, refunds, and product warranty.

A. 60-Day Return Policy

1. Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories. Return requests must be made within 60 days of delivery.
2. Process:

    • Contact us at sales@urbattery.com for a Return Authorization (RMA).
    • For Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind): You will receive a refund of the product price only. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
    • For Defective/Damaged/Wrong Items: We will provide a solution (replacement, partial/full refund). If a return is needed, we will reimburse you up to $20 USD for the return shipping cost upon receipt of a valid shipping receipt. We recommend using a trackable economy postal service.

3. Refunds: After we receive and inspect the return, we will process a refund within 5 business days. 

*All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. PayPal refunds are typically instant, while credit card refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement.*

B. 1-Year Limited Warranty

1. Coverage: Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use for 1 year from delivery.
2. Not Covered: Damage from misuse, water exposure, physical impact, improper installation, overcharging, normal capacity degradation, or unauthorized modification.
3. Process: Contact us with your order number, a brief description, and photo/video evidence. We will review and propose a solution, which may include troubleshooting, sending replacement parts, or, if a return is necessary, reimbursing the return shipping cost as outlined in Section A(2).

C. Extended Care Service (Beyond 1 Year)

Because we believe in our products, we offer extended support even after the standard warranty period has expired.

  • If you experience an issue with your product after 1 year, please still contact us at sales@urbattery.com. We will evaluate your case individually and provide solutions based on the assessment results, such as paid repair services.
  • Please note that this is a case-by-case service and not an extension of the standard warranty. All shipping costs and any potential repair or replacement fees for out-of-warranty service will be the responsibility of the customer.

D. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return upon receipt.
